After completing a course, you will be redirected to the main course page where you can download your certificate. You can also access your certificates by going to your profile and selecting the “Courses” tab.
Receipts are automatically emailed to you after you make a purchase. If you do not receive the email receipt, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also view all of your orders on your My Account page.
Course access expiration varies based on course. If you have questions about a specific course, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
