How do I get my certificate?
After completing a course, you will be redirected to the main course page where you can download your certificate. You can also access your certificates by going to your profile and selecting the “Courses” tab.
How do I get a receipt for my purchase?
Receipts are automatically emailed to you after you make a purchase. If you do not receive the email receipt, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also view all of your orders on your My Account page.
How long do I have access to courses?
Course access expiration varies based on course. If you have questions about a specific course, please contact us at support@stormwateruniv.com.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email support@stormwateruniv.com to request a refund.

I work for a tax exempt organization. How do I avoid paying sales tax on a purchase?
Please complete the purchase with the sales tax. Then forward your receipt along with your tax exemption certificate to support@stormwateruniv.com and we will refund the tax and send a new receipt.
